Render
After complete setup of my Diorama and Forklift in UDK I took some renders and info to present my final model in an environment carefully laying them out and adding some additional info.

Final Texture
My final textures are a lot better than previous work I have done I think this is mainly down to the fact that I spent a bit more time on it and I was building up layers and to add more detail but using brushes and playing around with the settings with photoshop using my own textures and sometimes creating seemless textures which I feel is going rather well. I tried to give my forklift an average look and i aim to put it in a Workshop / Garage enviroment as i feel like a lot of people will go for a generic construction site which is not a bad thing but i just want to create something a little different if I can.
At the end of textruing i decided to apply the image to one layer which allowed me to play around with the levels, constrast etc... just to finish things off.

Begin Texturing
By around week 7 I began to texture blcoking out colours, playing around with images and adding little details, slowly trying to build up layers as this is something i really wanted to do as my previous model on the course wasn't great. so i played around with some images to create seemless textures and hand drawing some details using a tablet.

AO Map
Quickly creating an AO map is a easy way to get you started on texturing as this gives you ambiant shadows which look fairly good when along side textures however sometimes they can be quiet tedious as they tend to get artifacts if you not careful which means going over the AO map to fix the problems which I was lucky enough to avoid this time

UV Mapping
UV mapping is one of the worst parts for me because it feels like it lasts for ever and it is boring, I finished UV mapping in about 2 days as i just wanted to get it over with.

Final Model
Around week 5 I began to finish my Forklift model just changing a few parts trying to improve it overall, working on my proportions and details when needed.
Now I prefer to use simple shapes and extrude off of them and slightly tweak parts using the vetices, I've noticed an improvement in myself as I now find myself doing stuff with realising it such as rebuilding faces which I did a fair bit of on this model. Although I think I should of tried to lower the tri count a little more.

Reference Gathering
On the 3rd week of this project myself and two friends went to a forklift company and took a lot of photos from all different angles etc... for example close ups, mid shots, long shots, three quatre view, front view and so on to get as much reference as possible.

Forklift
Within the first couple of weeks I decided I was going to create with a forklift as there are many of these around which would allow me to gain east references. Soon after deciding myself, James and Krzysztof phoned Bulwell Forklift Company to take photographs of one of their Forklifts.
